# Who can use Hypersurface?

**Individuals located in the United States are not eligible to use Hypersurface at this time.** Otherwise, anyone who wishes to use it, can use it. All you need is a wallet, assets and determination. Whether you are an individual or institutional investor, everyone is welcome on Hypersurface.
